Dometic Marine presents the new CCK09 and CC09 ceramic gas cooktops at this year's Stockholm International Boat Show for the first time. The single burner CCK09 and dual burner CC09 cooktops with simmering plates are heated by waste heat from the hotplate. The cooktops are designed to conserve energy and allow users to heat two pans while using only one burner.
The burners are highly efficient and will boil 1 litre of water in 7.5 minutes. The CCK09 includes a single 1.6 kW burner which combined with simmering plate provides two cooking areas. The CC09 features two burners, one 1.6 kW and one smaller 1.3 kW, with two simmering plates, offering four cooking areas. Flush-fitting control knobs and electronic 12 volt ignition are also incorporated into the cooktops' design.
Suitable for DIY installation or professional retrofit, the cooktops can be easily installed with no chimney required. The frameless, bevelled glass ceramic design, allows for full flush mount with the countertop, offering exceptional ease of cleaning as well as a stylish finish.
For maximum safety, the cooktops include hot surface indicators, are CE-certified and built to current EC standards for gas appliances. The CCK09 and CC09 are available through the worldwide Dometic distribution channels.
