Dometic Group AB (“Dometic”), address Hemvärnsgatan 15, 171 54 Solna, Sweden, is the controller of your personal data when you are using the Dometic Climate App (“the app”). This privacy notice explains how we process your personal data and your rights according to the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (EU).

Dometic collects personal data through your use of the app and interactions with your Dometic product. It is necessary for you to be able to monitor and control your connected Dometic product. The personal data we collect includes your credentials, name and contact data, information about your location, device and use of the app. We have a legitimate interest to make our app available to you and to improve the app and our Dometic products. Dometic will store your personal data as long as you have an active account.

We may share your personal data with external parties such as suppliers who help us to provide the app, and internal recipients within the company. Dometic take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data and handle it in compliance with applicable data protection requirements.

You have the right to request access the personal data we have got about you and the right to correct inaccurate data. You also have got the right to ask for erasure and to object or ask for restriction to our processing of your personal data. If you want your data transferred to another data controller, you can request that we transfer your data. If you do not agree with the processing of your personal data by Dometic, you can lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory authority of your location.
