My iOS device is showing "wrong password" when trying to connect to CFX cooler. What can I do?

This can occur if another device was previously connected to the fridge. Reset to factory settings by using reset function on fridge. Press "SET" 5 times(single compartment models), or 6 times (two compartment models), then press/hold the "+" button for at least 5 seconds. "rES" will appear in displays and blink several times before returning to normal display.
