2 COOK TURBO FFD DELUXE RECALL
THE PROBLEM
The included LCC27 gas hose with Quick Release has been assembled with a component which has incorrect dimensions. This defect may lead to a gas leak at the connection point between the hose and the stove, which could cause a fire or explosion.
HOW DO I CHECK WHETHER I OWN A RELEVANT PRODUCT?
This recall impacts 9610004290 - 2 COOK TURBO FFD DELUXE purchased in the period of November to December 2024 within the following batch numbers:

HN2409242310154AU
The batch numbers (B/N) affected can be located on the packaging box the stove came in:
In addition, the defective LCC27 gas hose can be identified as it has both the blue Quick Release connection and the blue tightening wheel:
There is no defect with the stove itself. The hazard arises when the stove is connected to and used with the defective LCC27 gas hose with Quick Release hose, which is included with the stove as standard.
WHAT TO DO IF I HAVE THE PRODUCT ON RECALL
1. If you are using the 9610004290 - 2 COOK TURBO FFD DELUXE with the LCC27 gas hose with Quick Release provided; STOP USE IMMEDIATELY and ensure that gas bottles are turned off and disconnected as continued use may pose a serious safety risk and return the 9610004290 - 2 COOK TURBO FFD DELUXE including the LCC27 gas hose with Quick Release to Dometic.
2. If you are using the 9610004290 - 2 COOK TURBO FFD DELUXE with 9610004343 - RV BAYONET 2.0 M QUICK RELEASE (sold separately) you may continue to use the stove in accordance with the instruction manual, however you should either confirm in writing to Dometic that the LCC27 gas hose with Quick Release has been destroyed or return the LCC27 gas hose with Quick Release to Dometic for a replacement.
